Hi, my name is Paul Blunt.
I have been coaching for 35 years.
I am a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, Hypnotherapist, Lifecoach, and NLP Practitioner.
Since 1990 I have had the privilege of helping to support people from all walks of life.
My passion for health and well-being is rooted in my life from an early age. It is from my early years at around 7 to 8 years old that only now, when I look back, I was quite contemplative. I would prefer to listen and reflect. As I got older did I realise that my preference to be quiet in certain situations was indeed an instinct to be mindful.
This in turn led me on my own journey of self discovery, and in doing so, the desire and capacity to help others just grew and grew.
In my spare time I love to work on my allotment. I think most gardener's would agree that gardening of any kind can be a very mindful activity, but one of the things I love the best is the joy of planting a seed and looking after it through each of its growing stages. This is something my parents encouraged me to do and it stayed with me ever since, and of course, at the end of the growing season comes the harvest. 😋
My other interest is Skydiving. I became a licensed skydiver in 2022, which just goes to show that age is not a barrier 😆
I try to go as often as I can to keep my licence current. It's certainly an activity that keeps my mind focused and in tne moment.
I fully believe that meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools for personal growth and transformation.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that by cultivating mindfulness and compassion, we can create a more peaceful and harmonious world.
Thank you
Paul
