Many people think meditation is complex, requires hours of practice, or involves sitting in uncomfortable positions. I believe it should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or lifestyle. My approach is designed to make learning meditation and mindfulness easy, practical, and enjoyable.
For many people, especially beginners or those with physical limitations, meditating in a chair is often the best and most effective way to practice.
In essence, the best meditation posture is the one that allows you to be both stable and at ease. For many, a chair provides the perfect balance of support and comfort, allowing you to fully engage with the practice and discover all the wonderful benefits for your mind and body.

As your meditation coach, my approach is designed to be highly personal and supportive. I believe that meditation isn't about clearing your mind completely, but about learning to gently work with your thoughts and emotions. By understanding your unique goals, whether it's to reduce stress, improve sleep, or enhance focus, I'll introduce you to a variety of techniques—from mindful breathing to gentle movement—that can be easily integrated into your daily life. Together, we'll create a practice that feels accessible and sustainable, empowering you with the tools to find greater peace and resilience, both in and out of the chair.
Myth vs. Reality: Do you have to sit on the floor to meditate?
Many people believe that to meditate "correctly," you must sit on the floor with your legs crossed.
I hear it all the time: "I'd love to meditate, but I can't sit still," or "My knees hurt just thinking about sitting on the floor."
I want to share a secret with you: You absolutely can meditate, and you don't need to be a pretzel to do it!
The truth is, that's just one way to do it. The most important part of meditation is finding a position where your body is at ease so your mind can be at rest.
Effective meditation isn't about how you sit—it's about showing up. My sessions use chairs, so you can find comfort and focus without worrying about sore knees or stiff hips.
Your journey to mindfulness can start right where you are, in a comfortable chair.
If you've been waiting for the right time and place, this is it.
Let's clear the clutter and find your inner peace—no floor sitting required.
