Meditate with MINDFULNOW

Coming very soon is a 6 week course in mindfulness and meditation.

The details are as follows:

Where and when:

The Flitwick Chapter House on Thursday 19th June 2025 10am to 11am

Steppingley Village Hall on Thursday 19th June 2025 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Cost:

Each class cost £10 when you block book all 6 sessions. A total of £60. A discounted saving of £15.00

or alternatively

Each class cost £12.50 on a pay as you go basis.

Please note that Payment would need to be made in advance to secure your place.
