Meditate with MINDFULNOW

Coming very soon is a 6 week course in mindfulness and meditation. 

The details are as follows:

Where and when:

Aspley Guise Hall  on Wednesday 10th September 2025, 6pm to 7pm

The Flitwick Chapter House on Thursday 4th September 2025, 10am to 11am

The Flitwick Chapter House on Thursday 4th September 2025, 7pm to 8pm

Cost:

Each class cost £10 when you block book all 6 sessions. A total of £60. A discounted saving of £15.00

or alternatively 

Each class cost £12.50 on a pay as you go basis.

Please note that Payment (which can be made below) would need to be made in advance to secure your place.
