​The 12-Week Transformation Framework

​Breaking the Habitual Mind: It takes time to deconstruct lifelong patterns of stress and "autopilot" thinking. The first few weeks focus on awareness before we even get to the deeper work.


​Neuroplasticity in Action: Research suggests that significant changes in brain density (like the amygdala and prefrontal cortex) are most measurable after consistent practice over an 8-to-12-week period.


​Integrating Real-Life Challenges: A shorter course doesn't allow for "life" to happen. 


Over 12 weeks, students encounter real-world stressors and learn to apply techniques in real-time, rather than just in a quiet room.

The location of the chapter house is in a lovely peaceful atea of Flitwick. It is spacious and has a real warmth about the place. There is also space outside, weather dependent, which can also be used for our classes.

Inside the chapter house feels spacious, but without losing its feeling of connectedness. There is a relaxed and peaceful energy about the place which certainly helps provide an ideal space to feel centered.
